Baobab and Sesame Chicken

Perfect as a snack, served with our bao-mayo! Or as a simple lunch, served with a green salad.

500g chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup baobab powder
1/3 cup sesame seeds
Oil for frying

1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2. Coat the chicken strips by dipping them first in the egg, then roll them in the baobab powder, and lastly in the sesame seeds.
3. For extra tangy flavour: sprinkle some more baobab powder over the ready strips.
4. Fry in a little oil until cooked through, turning over to brown all sides.
