Baobab and Sesame Chicken
Perfect as a snack, served with our bao-mayo! Or as a simple lunch, served with a green salad.
- 500g chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup baobab powder
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
- Cut chicken breasts into strips.
- Coat the chicken strips by dipping them first in the egg, then roll them in the baobab powder, and lastly in the sesame seeds.
- For extra tangy flavour: sprinkle some more baobab powder over the ready strips.
- Fry in a little oil until cooked through, turning over to brown all sides.
