Would love to make this recipe but what is brown wheat toasted meal?
Where can I get it in Zimbabwe?

It can be bought in every supermarket, from the traditional foods section (with the special flours/meals, porridges, and dried veg and local herbal teas also often). Utsanzi and/or Four Seasons brand.
Just using 2 cups plain flour will also work of course.
