Marula Nut Brittle


  • 350 g sugar
  • 300 g marula nut
  • 1 tablespoon baobab powder


  1. Add baobab powder to the sugar.
  2. Melt the sugar and baobab in a non-stick pan on low heat.
  3. When melted, add the nuts.
  4. Mix quickly then spread on a non-stick baking tray, as thick or not as you like.
  5. Once cooled down, break in bite-sized pieces.
