Marula Nut Brittle
- 350 g sugar
- 300 g marula nut
- 1 tablespoon baobab powder
- Add baobab powder to the sugar.
- Melt the sugar and baobab in a non-stick pan on low heat.
- When melted, add the nuts.
- Mix quickly then spread on a non-stick baking tray, as thick or not as you like.
- Once cooled down, break in bite-sized pieces.
