- 200g butter
- 220g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 175g wholegrain oatmeal flour
- 175g plain white flour
- 5 eggs
- 200g raisins
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Add eggs one at a time, add flours and mix until smooth.
- Fold in raisins.
- Drop level teaspoons of the cookie mixture onto the greased baking trays.
- Bake until lightly golden on the edges only (7 min) and let cool.
