Rosella and Ginger Iced Tea

1L water
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, take it off the heat and add the hibiscus flowers. Cover the pan, and let the tea brew for 10 minutes.
2. Strain the tea using a fine sieve.
3. Add the sugar, ginger and lemon juice and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
4. Serve chilled.
