Ingredients for 2 large glasses 3 Tbsp baobab powder 250 ml Greek yoghurt 1 banana 1 tsp honey 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and grated 4 cups seasonal fresh fruit Directions Blend everything together and poor over ice cubes in 2 large glasses.

2 servings Ingredients: 1 cup baobab powder Cold milk (enough to make a smooth paste) Sugar Fruits Directions: Add cold milk to baobab powder, enough to make a thick paste. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Chop fruit into small pieces and add to the mixture. Serve.
